The Estates Development Team consists of an experienced group of hard working, enthusiastic committed professionals with a principal responsibility for the successful completion of the Capital Programme together with the delivery of major / minor revenue works projects to achieve the most efficient, cost effective, building design solutions for the University campus wide.
