7. Employment Application The employment application is not elaborate and will provide enough information to make your evaluation easy. Do not make any note directly on the application. The previous employment and reference verification are the most important sources of information on the application. Since you will be sending your employees into customers’ homes, all employees must be honest, dependable, and bonded (over 18 years of age and having no felony convictions). 7.1 Release and Authorization All applicants should complete a release and authorization form. It gives you permission to check references and gather background information about the applicant. Your background check company can provide this form.
