• Total overtime earnings for the work week; • All additions to or deductions from employee’s wages; • Total wages paid each pay period; and • Date of payment and the date pay period covered by the payment.

11.2 All Employees All employees are paid one week in arrears; that is, they are paid each Friday for work done in the previous week. Most franchise owners pay on Friday morning to allow employees to cash their checks during normal banking hours prior to the weekend. Federal and state guidelines must be observed to meet both minimum wage and overtime pay requirements. The wage and hour laws vary from state to state. The most stringent minimum wage guideline must be observed, whether it is the federal or state requirement. You may choose to pay trainees a guaranteed wage for a specific number of hours that they will work each week. For example: a trainee might be paid $250.00-$280.00 per week to include cleaning and door hanging. This range will vary depending on the standard range in your community. 11.3 Partners The partner is a full-time employee and earns a percentage of the weekly sales revenue, exclusive of service sales taxes, generated by the route. Partners are typically paid 18% of the route revenue. 11.4 Team Leaders The team leader is a full-time employee and receives commission pay, based on the weekly sales revenue generated by the team. Team leaders receive a 21% commission. 11.5 Three Person Teams In rare instances, you may need to use a 3 person team (1 Team Leader and 2 Partners) due to a busy schedule or adding team members. The commission structure for a 3 person team will be to reduce the commission structure for each team member by 5%. Because they will be able to perform more cleanings that day, the reduced percentage will not impact their overall compensation.
