Coeur Rewards members earn points while playing our video gaming machines, bingo, keno video gaming machines and video table games. Points earned vary based on the type of play.

A minimum of 2,500 points is required for EPC redemptions and for vouchers for use at other venues. Cash back redemptions require a minimum of 3,750 points for $5 cash back. The maximum EPC and cash that can be redeemed per day is determined by tier. Minimum and maximum redemption amounts for EPC are subject to change without prior notice. Frequently Asked Questions DO POINTS EXPIRE? Your points will only expire if there is no activity on your Coeur Rewards card for (15) fifteen consecutive months. WHAT IF I LOSE MY COEUR REWARDS CARD? Present a valid photo ID to our Coeur Rewards booth staff for a replacement card. There is no charge to replace your card. If the Coeur Rewards booth is closed, please visit the Hotel Front Desk. Convert Your Points to EPC Right at your Machine! MINIMUM 2,500 POINTS FOR $5 EPC 1. Point Play on Keypad Machines 2. Insert cash or a ticket voucher (enough to cover your bet once you convert your points to play). 3. Insert your Coeur Rewards Club card. 4. Press number 2 for Coeur Play. 5. Coeur Rewards tiers are determined by base points earned. Points earned for tier advancement exclude point multiplier and other points awarded through promotions. Tiers are periodically reviewed and are subject to change.
Defining the Privileges.
1. Must be 18 years or older to be a Coeur Rewards Club member. 2. Proper identification is required and must contain a photo and relevant personal information. Proper ID includes a driver’s license, state-issued ID, military ID, passport or tribal ID. 3. Multiple Coeur Rewards cards may be issued for members who wish to play more than one machine at a time. However, a member distributing his or her card to other players may have his or her membership revoked and all remaining points forfeited. Your membership card is non-transferable. 4. It is the member’s responsibility to: a. Ensure his or her card is properly inserted in the card reader for duration of play to ensure his or her account is credited with the appropriate point amount. b. Notify Coeur Rewards Club staff of name or address change in person or writing. c. Present their proper ID to staff prior to a transaction to become eligible for points, benefits and/or privileges. d. Report Coeur Rewards account discrepancies immediately to Coeur Rewards Club staff. 5. The individual registered to the Coeur Rewards account must conduct redemption or request account information in person and provide proper ID as defined in #2 above.
6. Accounts with no activity for a period of (15) fifteen consecutive months will be considered inactive and privileges may be revoked. Any and all remaining points will be forfeited. 7. Points can not be redeemed for cash back or comps at outlets. See the Coeur Rewards booth for maximum tier-based redemption amounts. 8. Individual membership may be revoked at management’s discretion and all membership cards will be deactivated. 9. Use of the Coeur Rewards card implies acceptance of the membership conditions and agreement to comply with Coeur Rewards Club rules. 10. The Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel and Coeur Rewards Club are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. 11. Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or change the program or rules of the Coeur Rewards Club without prior notice and to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud. 12. Food & Beverage tier discounts apply to items intended for card holder’s consumption and may be extended to a maximum of (1) one dining guest per table. Guest receiving discount must be on the same bill as the card holder.
