Joie Fulbright out of Conover, NC, has owned his ’33 Chevrolet coupe for 54 years. The rod now features a 425-horse, 400ci small- block, a Turbo 400 tranny, Corvette suspen- sion (IFS and IRS), Corvette rims, and a C6 Corvette inspired interior.
The only thing that could make this flamed ’40 Ford coupe better is if it was in our garage! Model 40 legend Bob Oney from Lebanon, OH, filled his with a TCI frame running a Mustang II-based IFS, 15/16-inch American Rebel wheels, a 350/700R4 powertrain, and an all-leather interior.
