Jerry & Debbie Daniels from Chandler, NC, built their “Four Doors For Me” award-win- ning ’48 Chevrolet Woodie using a FatMan Ultra-Low IFS, a Chassis Engineering rear suspension, a 409/700R4 powertrain, and is quote, “the most fun hot rod the couple has ever built.”
One of the awards at the South is “I Like them Long & Sleek” and this curvaceous ’67 Buick LeSabre by Roger Pleasant out of Danville, VA, is a definite winner.
Love this pickup! Hammered, slammed, chan- neled right past the bottom of the frame, no fenders, freaking Nailhead, and all the right stuff! Greg Killen out of Lebanon, VA, and his ’39 Chevrolet pickup won a coveted “Top Truck” award from Billet Specialties.
