Sunnybank Futures Programme The Sunnybank Futures Programme aims to support young adults with learning disabilities at the point of transition from Nescot or other FE colleges. The Futures Programme works with young adults through team work, individual mentoring, projects and visits. Each Futures partner is supported to set and achieve their own goals. Areas covered include: Á Employability
Á Independence and problem solving Á Community resilience and safety Á New skill development Á Health and fitness
Students transitioning from the supported living pathways, or in certain circumstances considered eligible, will be invited to apply for a place on this programme. www.sunnybanktrust.org
