our staff
We have a dedicated team of teachers, who are experienced in working with young people who have learning difficulties or disabilities. You can also expect: Á Learning support assistants in every lesson Á Student mentors to support social difficulties Á A college nurse to help with medical needs Á Student experience officer tto help with attendance and enrichment activities. We have invested substantially in our environment over the last few years. Foundation Learning students have their own dedicated area within the main college – ‘The Hub’ . This means they can transition at their own pace from a quieter area with specialist support to using communal parts of the campus, such as the canteen and library. Learning Support Break-Time Monitors patrol the campus to support our more independent students in unstructured times.
