MPP Crack happy with provincial budget

Glengarry-Prescott-Russell MPP Grant Crack is pleased with the provincial go- vernment’s new budget. He is very happy to see some specific funding promises for communities in his own riding, along with the overall budget plan for support of Ontario infrastructure and health care systems, future economic development, and reduction of the provincial debt. “A very progressive budget,” Grant said during an interview, April 29, while he was in Embrun to attend the Dylan’s Journey motorcycle rally in support of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) research. “I am very happy to see Glengarry-Prescott-Russell mentioned.” Champlain Township will receive $2.9 million in the 2017 provincial budget for reconstruction of High Street in Vankleek Hill, from its intersection with Highway 34 andMain Street to the southern limit of the township.
