In 1993, Duggal became the first company to fully wrap a building in a wide format mural. Since that

groundbreaking success, we have led the graphics industry by being the first in the United States to launch numerous wide format presses. We produce retail visuals, banners, building wraps, custom digital wallpaper, vinyl floor graphics, billboards, carpeting and fleet graphics around the world. We offer a comprehensive assortment of materials, from highly durable vinyl and fine art canvas to lightweight textiles, magnetic materials, and a range of eco- friendly materials. Our printers are all VOC-free and feature the latest green technology and high-resolution print heads. Our large fleet of top-of-the-line UV, Latex, Dye-Sublimation and Archival Pigment printers allows us to offer the right solution for every need and to create high quality graphics at any size, quantity and speed required. Our wide format printing is complemented by our finishing department that can seam, trim, die cut and weld thousands of graphics quickly and accurately. Duggal’s fleet of Flat Bed printers provide unprecedented image detail and tonal range for industrial-volume runs. Our printers offer UV LED curing for impressive print quality on a wide variety of media, 3D capability for astounding dimensionality to produce a tactile raised print, along with spot varnish capabilities. Our flat bed fleet is capable of printing directly onto an assortment of substrates up to 2 inches thick, from display boards to aluminum and wood. Included in our fleet is the revolutionary eco-friendly Reggiani, which uses water-based pigments and emits zero VOCs. Duggal is proud of its Vibrachrome™ technology, our response to the need for a vibrant yet durable solution to printing on metal. Vibrachrome™ is the product of a two-part heat transfer process in which two cutting-edge dye-sublimation machines complement each other for a permanent, vibrant print. DIGITAL COMMERCIAL PRESS Duggal is home to the HP Indigo 5900 and 12000 digital sheet fed presses. These 7 color Indigo presses print with

astounding speed and detail, allowing us to produce top-quality brochures, photo books, cards, portfolios, point of purchase visuals, invitations, direct mail and marketing materials in run lengths from one to thousands of pieces. Variable data printing allows us to customize each piece for different audiences in continuous print runs. With the ability to print onto cardstock as thick as 18 pt., the Indigo 12000 is a more efficient alternative to traditional offset printing for short-to-medium-run commercial printing needs. It requires

no plates and can produce anything from a one-off to a high volume run of tens of thousands of pieces. Our Indigo presses are complemented by our extensive onsite finishing capabilities including foil stamping, binding, cutting and lamination services. Projects produced on Duggal’s Indigo presses have won multiple Excellence in Print Awards.

For more than 50 years, Duggal Visual Solutions has served as an industry leader in photographic printing and

Widely considered as the premier photo lab in the world, Duggal is a favorite among photographers, artists, museums and top retail brands who rely on our 24-hour Digital C-Print department housing the largest family of digital photographic printers in the United States. From our revolutionary new HD C-Prints® with an astounding 6,100 DPI to our five 72 inch-wide Lightjet printers capable of producing photographic prints up to 72”x120” in size, Duggal offers a wide selection of true archival giclée photographic papers and display films in color and B&W. Since Baldev Duggal revolutionized film development with his Dip-and-Dunk processing method, Duggal has been on the forefront of negative development. Our techniques eliminate the scratches and defects caused by traditional means of film processing. We process E-6, C-41, and B&W film, as well as contact sheets and film scanning services.
