• Maintain 70% of our turnover in the UK Market • Maximum 45% of our turnover on residential (currently 41%) • Commitment to training 2% of our annual turnover • To develop our management and workforce to allow our company to grow • Target growth average 30% per year (maintain target margin) • To influence in a positive way the development of our specialist trades within the wider industry
