The WBDC-MN provides WBE Certification to majority-owned women’s businesses in Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, South Dakota and North Dakota. The WBE Certification is national in scope and issued by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). In addition, the WBDC- MN offers training, mentoring, networking and business development opportunities to WBEs. BUSINESS CERTIFICATION Minnesota Small Business Certification Portal, brings together Minnesota Unified Certification Program (Mn/UCP), the Minnesota Department of Administration Office of State Procurement (OSP), and the Central Certification (CERT) Program, recognized by Hennepin County, Ramsey County, the City of Saint Paul and the City of Minneapolis) in a web portal for a combined certification application process. Women’s Business Development Center – Minnesota (WBDC-MN) - Provides WBE Certification to majority-owned women’s businesses in Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, South Dakota and North Dakota. The WBE Certification is national in scope and issued by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). It is accepted by over a thousand major corporations and public agencies in the country.
