Experience Essential • Substantial proven experience in a director/leadership role • Previous experience in an educational establishment particularly in developing technology enhanced learning and teaching; • Virtual learning environments, • Digital media resources using rapid authoring tools, • Producing both marketing media items and learning & teaching media items, and • Print production and manufacturing environments. • Commitment to product and role • Analytical problem solver & resourceful • Excellent interpersonal skills

Including managing a team of varying disciplines and levels of seniority • Undertaking appraisal interviews, dealing with performance issues, disciplinary procedures, etc. • Comfortable and willing working in a multicultural environment Desirable • 5 years’ experience in the Technology Enhanced Learning and Teaching field • 5 years’ experience managing efficient and Agile team(s) • 3 Years’ experience in project management • Experience of Blackboard Learn Ultra • Experience of rapid authoring tools for eLearning and publishing • Experience of developing effective working practices in an on-shore off-shore environment • Working within a multifunctional / multisite matrix environment • Outline understanding of the legal and legal education market place
