What I did: • Producing, editing and posting digital content to University Dining and Stevie’s Food Truck social media channels • Strategizing and staying on the leading edge of social media trends to leverage University Dining and Stevie’s to respective audiences • Photography, videography and limited graphic design • Campaign management for promotional giveaways for University Dining utilizing Qualtrics to formulate surveys, questionnaires and contact forms • Interviewing and public speaking for social media usage • University Dining event assistance and attendance for real time participation and content capturing • Surveying and data collection of residential students on University Dining meal plans • Other marketing duties as assigned to meet project deadlines What I liked: I loved the team that I worked with and how applicable my classes were to my internship. Future Dream Job: Sports marketing for the Carolina Panthers.
