What I did: Provide customer service and handle questions or complaints, stock shelves, learn store policies, assisted with creating team members schedules, open and closed department, merchandised product and help set up seasonal displays. What I liked: It was hands-on work and gained real-world experience. All managers were knowledgeable and always willing to help if I had questions. I was able to learn more about store operations and how a fast paced work environment looks like. Future Dream Job: Social media coordinator.
