What I did: Efficiently processing high-volume personal auto claims for involved parties, ensuring accurate data collection and immediate file initiation. Streamlined the recovery process by coordinating appraisals, arranging rental vehicles and advising customers on roadside assistance options. What I liked: I enjoyed being able to see the different career paths within the insurance industry, and the opportunity to learn about them and job shadow those departments/roles. It helped me gain a lot of understanding on what I do and don’t like so I can apply that knowledge to future job searches. Future Dream Job: Unknown.
