“I love everything about designing a house,” he says. “From picking out fixtures to suggesting layouts, I’m deeply involved in creating spaces that are not just functional but also beautiful.” Dustin’s design sensibilities extend to understanding and anticipating trends. “We’ve moved away from the black-and- white trend to warmer tones and wood grains,” he notes. “It’s important to stay ahead of the curve and give clients homes that feel both current and timeless.” This dedication to aesthetics has earned EM Builders a loyal following.
