Acknowledging a Higher Purpose Dustin emphasizes that EM Builders’ success is deeply rooted in faith. “God is the sole reason for any success we have achieved,” he shares. “Anything that we are as a company is because He has given us the courage and reassurance to go for it. He has placed amazing people in our paths—from service providers to those who offer words of encouragement. This passion and any ability I have is because He provided it.”
For Dustin, the success of EM Builders isn’t measured solely in square footage or dollar signs—it’s about the relationships he builds along the way. Many clients return for additional projects, from investment properties to matching workshops or accessory buildings. One client has commissioned Dustin to build four homes for their family, a testament to the trust and satisfaction EM Builders delivers. “When clients keep coming back, it’s the highest compliment we can receive,” Dustin says. Dustin also credits his close relationships with subcontractors for the consistent quality of his projects. “Some of these guys have been with me from day one,” he says. “We’ve built friendships over the years, and that camaraderie translates into better work on-site.”
