Our Supplier Code of Conduct mandates compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and a commitment to continuous improvement in sustainability. Beyond compliance, we actively collaborate with suppliers to explore innovative solutions that drive meaningful environmental progress.
Our Scope 3 emissions account for the majority of our carbon footprint, with purchased raw materials contributing 82%. Reducing these emissions requires deep engagement with our suppliers — educating them on carbon reduction strategies, encouraging transparency, and working together to lower the footprint of materials and operations.
To further this commitment, we are deepening our partnerships with forward-thinking suppliers who prioritise sustainability, innovation, and circular design. Our dedicated supply chain team is actively researching and sourcing next-generation materials that not only enhance product performance but also reduce environmental impact — whether through lower embodied carbon, recyclability, or alternative regenerative materials.
Collaboration is key. We are actively engaging with suppliers in co-development projects, exploring new ways to integrate sustainable materials and production processes. This includes piloting bio-based alternatives, increasing recycled content in our products, and optimising logistics for lower emissions.
Additionally, as part of our ISO environmental commitments, we require subcontractors to adhere to our onsite sustainability practices, with our Safety Officer leading efforts to formalise supplier agreements. We are also enhancing our supplier engagement through structured initiatives, including sustainability-focused supply chain questionnaires and continuous evaluation of supplier practices.
Through these efforts, we are not only tracking progress but also driving industry-leading innovation in sustainable sourcing and manufacturing, reinforcing our role as a leader in responsible business practices.
