5. Trainer Verification Checklist
Step New Agent Phone Setup Action
1 Download required apps before the first training appointment.
2 Confirm the agent can log in to email, BHG Connect, SmartMLS, ShowingTime, Showami, and DocuSign.
3 Turn on notifications for Gmail, Calendar, ShowingTime, Showami, DocuSign, and any active lead platform.
4 Create a phone folder named "Real Estate" and place all required apps there.
5 Add brokerage/trainer contact, office phone, MLS help desk, and transaction support contact.
6 Do not save passwords on paper. Use the phone Passwords app or an approved password manager.
