The sculpture will be constructed out of wood and wood-like materials and will measure 4 feet wide by 51” tall. On this base sculpture, found litter items will be
attached in any form or fashion to beautify and colorize. They can be painted or whatever else is desired
Every school in the county (public and private) will receive a BASS structure late December or early January. In addition to schools, one will also be provided to the Library, UT Extension 4H, and Cheatham County Kids organization. Start planning now how you will decorate your BASS to make it an incredible museum worthy piece! Each entry will be judged by the public and a public auction will be held April 24, 2018 on Earth Day. The past two Museum of Litter projects have raised over $5,700 f or our schools and organizations!

to make a beautiful piece of art. It will be important to note that these sculptures will be displayed outdoors, so it must be reasonably weather resistant. This can be accomplished by using shellac, or other items that can withstand light rain.
