Reduced Waste Across its operations, Monadnock also continued to re- duce waste, increase the use of post-consumer recycled fiber and invest in energy and water efficiency improve- ments. The company also continued to generate renew- able electricity through its onsite hydroelectric facility. This broader sustainability progress was also recog- nized with an EcoVadis Platinum rating for the second consecutive year, placing the company among the top 1 percent of more than 90,000 companies evaluated worldwide. Monadnock was also inducted into the International Green Industry Hall of Fame.
