2019 Q3

Treasurer— Eli Murray – CDOA, CPLTA

The Denver Association of Division Order Analysts (DADOA) has been very busy the past few months hosting educational seminars, rig tours and luncheons! On July 15 72 members, non-members and guests joined us for our July luncheon. We were happy to have Taylor Hindes present on Software Implementations: What is DO’s Role? On August 7, DADOA President and Education Chair, Sandi Rupprecht, organized and hosted an Unclaimed Property Seminar. Also, this summer Caitlin Coupens from Extraction Oil & Gas worked diligently to organize and host a successful Rig Tour in Weld County, CO.

Eli Murray has been in the industry for over a decade working her way up from a file clerk with Harding Company to her current position as a Landman with Concho Resources. She is active in the national and local associations for NADOA and NALTA. Eli became a CDOA in 2013, a CPLTA in 2015, and was honorably

discharged from the Army Reserves in 2014. Eli Murray is the daughter of a Division Order Analyst. Unlike most other youngsters, Eli would spend free time helping her mother highlight rental and obligation ledgers printed on green bar paper. As a child, she swore that she would be a famous musician some day and would never work in Oil and Gas. After her graduation from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts, a turn singing radio jingles, and a stint in the United States Army, she needed a “real” job. As fate would have it, her career in Land began, where she’s been learning and honing her craft ever since. In 2018, she earned a Masters in Oil, Gas, and Energy Law from the University of Oklahoma. She is currently a Landman with Concho Resources, serves as Chairman of the NADOA Certification Committee, and acts as Treasurer for DALWORTH. When at home, she and her husband attempt to keep their two red-headed boys from burning the house down, and she unwinds by playing the piano, singing, and quilting. Although it was a busy summer, we looked forward to our luncheon September 16, which was our charity

luncheon benefiting Oilfield Helping Hands (OHH). Thank you to everyone on the DADOA Board and Committees this year that have made 2019 a fun and successful year! For more information regarding DADOA, please visit our website at www.dadoa.org. ………………………………… HOUSTON ASSOCIATION OF DIVISION ORDER
