I felt supported and have progressed in achieving the goals I set for myself. I have greater confidence in accessing community resources and supports when I need them. I felt emotionally supported during my time of crisis. I have a greater understanding about the effects of relationship abuse on me (and my children, if any). I (and my children, if any) have developed a safety plan that fits my needs. I have access to safe accommodation upon leaving the transition house I feel that I can return to a transition house in the future, if needed.
