Children and Youth interact more effectively with peers and adults due to participating in critical-hours programs.

Leadership. Children and youth have the opportunity to gain leadership skills due to participation in critical-hours programs. Improved relationships with non-related adults. Children show an increased willingness to interact with a non-related adult on a meaningful level.

Leadership roles. 80 children will participate in leadership roles at their school within critical-hours programs.

Relationship with adults . 60 children will demonstrate a positive relationship with non- related adult, (STARR Staff).

Tiny town, field trips, stock market, Olaf, volcanoes and Gingerbread House competition. Nothing, volcanoes and baking club was only once a week. Fieldtrip club and more baking club. 5.5 on average out of 55 surveys
