PREP TRANSITION
Our Kinder links and Prep Transition program take place in Term 4. Starting school is an important milestone in the lives of children and families. The Lakes South Morang College provides a transition program to ensure all our students, and their families get the very best start on this exciting journey. These sessions are designed to be fun and to assist your child to become familiar with our college and staff so that your child feels safe and comfortable in our school environment. Our highly qualified staff are dedicated to nurturing your child ’ s development throughout their first year, establishing a solid foundation for a successful educational journey. To assist in this transition, we offer a comprehensive program led by our Prep team, designed to introduce preschool children to the school environment. Once started, our Prep students are paired with Year 4 Buddies who provide them with support and guidance as they adapt to school life. We also hold information sessions for Prep parents to keep them informed about the transition process.
