Concussion Baseline Testing For Athletes!

We are taking a proactive approach in managing the devastating effects ofconcussionandofferingcomprehensive Concussion BaselineTesting , utilizing ImPACT ®  (ImmediatePost-ConcussionAssessmentandCognitive Testing), Balance Error System Scoring  (BESS),and theVestibular Ocular Motor Screening  (VOMS). The purpose of the program is to establish and storeabaselineofcognitive,oculomotorandbalancefunctionsprior toyour sports season. In the event you sustain a suspected concussion or other traumatic brain injury (TBI), the same test (post-injury) is taken again by the athlete, and baseline results can be compared with your performance after injury.

Our concussion team is led by Dr. Pamela Berner, PT, DPT who is specially trained in concussion testing and treatmentand is registeredas an ImPACT® trained physical therapist.
