Text.— Matthew 28:10: “ Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.“ II Timothy 4:2: “ Preach the word: be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and doctrine.“ .

It is an aggressive, persistent, con quering ahd successful gospel. In the power and by the authority o f Jesus Christ we are preaching. The gospel is o f divine origin. It is Jesus Christ. It is not a philosophy, a creed, nor is it a ritual. It is the life o f Christ —it is Christ. No man has a right to call himself into the min istry. Real preachers are God-called, divinely commissioned and equipped. They are filled with and accompanied by the Holy Spirit. The writer o f the second text had exper-

authority when He said,' “All poorer is given unto me in heaven and earth.” The combined power o f the Godhead was in Him vested. His authority was supreme in heaven and in earth. As God’s mis sionary He had come in incarnate form, had sacrificed Himself, was buried, had risen from the grave, was about to ascend and resume His authority in heaven and begin His work as mediator. He was sending His church into the world as His missionary. Each (individual Christian is Christ’s missionary, and is commissioned and equipped by regeneration to practice^ and preach the gospel o f Jesus Christ. That is the reason He said, “All
