The number of condo listings in Burnaby South, at 360, increased 13% month-over-month but fell 17% vs last year. July’s condo sales, at 73, were 28% above last month but 17% lower than last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 20% in July, as Burnaby South’s condo segment remained a bal- anced market. The condo benchmark price in July was $674,500 up 0.6% from June and 3% higher vs July 2019. The average sold price was $642,190 with an average PSF sales price of $763 (up 1.6% and down 2%, respectively, vs June).
