Condo listings in Vancouver East increased 12% month-over-month (to 514) while July’s listings were down 0.6% year-over-year. Condo sales increased by 20% from June (to 156) and were up 23% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 30%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. July’s condo benchmark price was $590,300, 0.3% higher month-over-month and 5% above this time last year. The average sold price was $653,077, a 2% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $853, 0.4% below last month.
