ARSHLEY HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE - LEVEL 2 EXTENDED DIPLOMA Arshley enrolled on the Health & Social Care Level 2 course to gain the skills and experience needed to deliver person-centred care. Throughout her studies, she has particularly valued the support from her tutors and the range of opportunities available on the course. She has developed a clear understanding of equality, inclusion, and the importance of treating every individual with dignity and respect. Arshley highlights the level of support at Preston College as key to her success, including in-class teaching, one- to-one guidance, assignment support, and a strong focus on student wellbeing. In the future, Arshley plans is to progress on to university to continue her studies and pursue a career in the health and social care sector.

FAITH ACCESS TO HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE - LEVEL 3 Faith chose the Access to Health & Social Care course with clear ambitions to start a career in the healthcare profession. The course has provided her with a solid foundation, combining professional healthcare knowledge with a practical, person-centred approach. She has particularly valued the support from her tutors, describing it as a standout part of her experience. Alongside developing her academic skills, Faith has gained insight into the wide range of career pathways available within the sector. Support with her UCAS application and work placement has also been key to her progress. Along the way, Faith has built friendships, developed her confidence, and gained important skills that will support her future studies. Looking ahead, she plans to progress on to university to study Midwifery or Adult Nursing.
