Exercise Essentials Try these exercises to help keep you moving...


SUPERMAN Lay on your stomach with your hands above your head. Slowly bring your arms and legs off of the floor/table 2-3 inches. Hold for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 30 times.

Start out on your hands and knees. Push hands out in front of the body while slowly arching your back and sitting on feet. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

Always consult your physical therapist or physician before starting exer- cises you are unsure of doing.
