I am most excited to be joining you at your beautiful resort next week to facilitate our Leadership Team Dynamics Workshop for Senior Leaders.
During our day together, we will be exploring some concepts associated to the effects that leadership behaviours have in organisations, including:
• A team’s capacity to build organisational culture • The conditions to create and enhance collaboration in the workplace • The effects of one’s personality in leadership behaviour and, • The factors associated to facilitate an environment of organisational safety The main objective of this workshop is to develop awareness from a Senior Leaders perspective on how your collective efforts, strengths and expertise are fundamental for the success of your organisation.

PRE-WORK ACTIVITY
Cultural Anthropologist and Business Theorist Simon Sinek presents interesting insights about how trust and cooperation are at the core of building the right work environment for success.
PRE –WORK:
1. Allocate 12 minutes to watch Sinek’s Ted Talk. You can access the video by clicking here or by clicking on the image.
2. Reflect on the following questions and bring your answers to the workshop:
• As leaders, what can we do to foster a culture of trust and cooperation in our organisation?
• What can you do as a leader to apply the concept of the “Circle of Safety” in your own organisation?
• Do you agree with Simon’s line: “Leadership is a choice. Not a rank”. Yes? No? Why yes? Why not?
As part of this workshop you are required to bring your mobile phones with Internet access fully charged as they will be used in the session.
