KOKIN BROD U dolini Uvca nalazi se Zlatarsko jezero. Treće je po veličini u Sr- biji, odmah posle Đerdapskog i jezera Perućac. Tirkiznoplava vo- da čini ga magičnim, a činjenica da je smešteno na nadmorskoj visini od 880 metara donosi vam, osim kupanja, i savršen pla- ninski vazduh. Jezero je najtoplije tokom jula, kada je temperatu- ra vode oko 21 stepen. Plaže su uređene, sa terenima za odboj- ku, čak se održavaju i turniri, a možete da krenete i na krstarenje po jezeru, što je uživanje koje traje tri sata. Na dohvat ruke su šumski plodovi, a seoska domaćinstva i restorani nude specija- litete tog kraja. ŠTA OBIĆI Vidikovac Savina stolica izgrađen je na steni, a oda- tle se pruža najlepši pogled na kanjon Uvca. Osim toga, tu je i Zlatar, koji će vas opčiniti svojim vazduhom i stazama za peša- čenje.
KOKIN BROD Zlatar Lake is located in the Uvac valley. The third largest lake in Serbia, after Đerdap and Perućac lakes, the turquoise colour of its water makes it magical, and the fact that it’s located at an altitude of 880 metres provides with perfect mountain air, alongside ideal bathing conditions. The lake is at its warmest during July, when the water temperature is around 21 degrees Celsius. Lakeside beach- es are arranged, with volleyball courts, and tournaments are even held, and you can also take a cruise around the lake, a pleasure that lasts three hours. Forest fruits are at your fingertips, while ru- ral homesteads and restaurants offer local specialities. WHAT TO VISIT The “Savina Stolica” [Sava’s Chair] lookout point is built on a rock and offers the most beautiful view of the Uvac canyon. Apart from this, there is also Mount Zlatar, which will en- chant you with its air and hiking trails.

VLASINSKO JEZERO Vlasinsko jezero nalazi se u jugoistočnoj Srbiji, na teritoriji op- štine Surdulica, i najveće je veštačko jezero u Srbiji. Okruže- no je planinama Gramada, Vardenik i Čemernik, a nalazi se na 1.213 metara nadmorske visine. Tokom leta, temperatura vode je oko 26 stepeni, što je čini veoma prijatnom za kupanje, a plaže su prave prirodne, dakle travnate. Ono što će vas, osim prediv- ne prirode, oduševiti jesu „ostrva“. Takozvana plutajuća ostrva nastaju pri podizanju vodostaja jezera i specifičnost su Vlasin- skog jezera. Ostrva su od treseta, produkta vekovnog raspada- nja mahovina tresetnica. ŠTA OBIĆI Ima mnogo uređenih, propisno obeleženih staza za planinarenje koje vode do obližnjih vrhova, kao što su vrh planine Gramade, Vrtop, vrh Čemernika, Veliki Čemernik, Veliki Strešer, i najviši vrh Besne kobile.
LAKE VLASINA Lake Vlasina is located in southeast Serbia, on the territory of the municipality of Surdulica, and is Serbia’s largest artificial lake. En- circled by the mountains of Gramada, Vardenik and Čemernik, it is located at an altitude of 1,213 metres above sea level. The water reaches a temperature of around 26 degrees Celsius during the summer months, which makes it very pleasant for swimming, and the beaches are really natural, meaning grassy. Apart from the wonderful nature, you will be delighted here by the “islands”. These so-called floating islands form when the lake’s water level rises and are specific to Lake Vlasina. The islands are formed from peat, a product of centuries of the decaying of peat mosses. WHAT TO VISIT There are many landscaped, properly marked hiking trails leading to nearby peaks, such as the peak of Grama- da mountain, Vrtop, the peak of Čemernik, Veliki Čemernik, Veliki Strešer, and the highest peak of Besne kobile.
