P opular young Serbian actor Miloš Biković has become the face of Air Serbia’s new marketing campaign, which – under the slogan“Have it your way”- aims to present all the advan- tages of personalised travel with the Serbian national carrier. “In this new campaign we wish to ensure our passengers are bet- ter acquainted with the numerous options at their disposal, which are designed to allow them to fully personalise their travel and cre- ate a journey to their liking and needs. We believe we have found the right way to go about exceeding the expectations of our passengers in terms of their travel with Air Serbia. We will continue to improve our services based on the recognised needs and desires of our passengers, while preserving the elements for which Air Serbia is known, such as traditional Serbian hospitality,” said Air Serbia CEO Duncan Naysmith on the occasion of the campaign’s launch. Miloš Biković has been cast to play several leading roles in Air Serbia’s new campaign. He is cer- tain the campaign will be well liked by passengers. “Needless to say, it is my great pleasure to go from a regular Air Ser- bia passenger to the face of its new campaign. I am looking forward to helping passengers better understand the airfare tariff system our na- tional carrier has introduced. I have been fond of flying since I can re- member, while planes themselves have become my regular means of transport nowadays, due to the nature of my calling. Ever since it was established five years ago, Air Serbia has been my airline of choice, pri- marily because of its kind and congenial employees, who raise the lev- el of service to a much higher level,” said the popular actor. When booking flights, Air Serbia guests can choose between four airfare tariffs – Economy Light, Economy Standard, Economy Comfort and Business All Inclusive – that differ in terms of checked baggage al- lowance, date change flexibility and ancillary services that can be adapt- ed to guests’personal needs. Upon selecting their tariff of choice, pas- sengers of the Serbian airline can purchase ancillary services, such as priority boarding, advanced seat selection or Premium Lounge access, at any time up until the departure of their flight. Numerous possibil- ities and a wide range of products have been created and improved, so each passenger can travel with Air Serbia in a way that’s to their lik- ing each and every time.
