We believe that the Yugoslav model holds important lessons for all of us, and that it primarily represents an example of how architecture can be a powerful tool in the service of a multi-ethnic society, says the curator of the famous MoMA, which since 15 th June has been presenting the exhibition “Toward a Concrete Utopia: Architecture in Yugoslavia, 1948- 1980”.
