P red kraj godine grad redovno izvuče svaki kec iz rukava: ekskluzivni restorani luksuzne menije, stejdž ispred Bran- denburške kapije najveće muzičke zvezde, a klubovi najbo- lje svetske di-džejeve. U Berlinu svako čeka 2018. u svom stilu. To je i glavni adut nemačke prestonice. Ako nas pitate, svako bi bar jednom u životu trebalo da iskusi kolektivno odbrojavanje do ponoći. Zašto to sada ne biste uradi- li u Berlinu? Onih milion ljudi, koliko se poslednjih godina odlu- či da ponoć dočeka kod Brandenburške kapije, sigurno zna zašto. Duž dva kilometra od Brandenburške kapije do Statue pobede svu- da su muzika, barovi, bine... Već 30. decembra možete na Silvester- party am Brandenburger Tor jer od dva po podne do osam uveče bendovi probaju, ali jasno je da glavna zabava počinje sutradan i traje dugo posle ponoći. Berlin ne bi bio Berlin kada i za praznike ne bi ponudio dobar tehno. Čućete ga u klubu Ritter Butzke . Ulaznice se kreću od 22,5 evra i imajte na umu da će biti sve skuplje kako se bliži 31. decembar. Klub s tehno muzikom i nije baš neki izbor za porodice s decom, ali Berlin, naravno, ima i to, recimo Citadelu, jedan od najbolje očuvanih za- maka u Evropi, koji je za Novu godinu super mesto i za mlade i za stare. Nema mnogo mesta u Evropi na kojima se praznična atmosfe- ra oseća bolje nego u Nemačkoj, a najlepša je na božićnim vašari- ma. Grickaju se slatki bademi, čokoladne i ušećerene jabuke, mar- cipan je najukusniji na svetu, a kako tek na mrazu prijaju kobasice, perece i krompir sa slaninicom... U takvom ambijentu svaka sledeća godina odmah nekako lak- še padne.

In Berlin, everyone awaits 2018 in their own style. That’s also the main asset of the German capital. If you ask us, everyone should experience a collective countdown to mid- night on New Year’s Eve at least once in their life. Why not do that this year in Berlin? The million people who decided to welcome midnight in front of the Brandenburg Gate in the last few years certainly know why you should. Music, bars and stages are located everywhere along the two-kilometre stretch from the Brandenburg Gate to the Victory Column... Already on 30 th December you can attend the Silvesterparty am Brandenburger Tor, as bands start practising from 2pm to 8pm, but it’s clear that the main party starts the next day and runs long after midnight. Berlin wouldn’t be Berlin if it didn’t offer good techno for the festive season. You will hear it at the Ritter Butzke nightclub. Tickets are priced from €22.5 upwards, but bear in mind that the price will continue to go up as 31 st December approaches. A club with techno music isn’t quite the right choice for families with chil- dren, but of course Berlin also has places that are, such as the Citadel – one of Europe’s best-preserved castles, which is a great place for both young and old to celebrate the New Year. There aren’t many places in Europe where the festive atmosphere can be felt better than in Germany, and it’s at its most beautiful at Christmas bazaars. Visitors nibble sweet almonds, chocolate and toffee apples, the world’s most delicious marzipan, while the frosty conditions are perfect for sausages, pret- zels and potatoes with bacon... In such an atmosphere, the arrival of every New Year comes somewhat easier.
