Ako slučaj- no ne znaš, svako će te rado uputiti i dati preporuku. Kažu da u šare- nilu Kalenić pijace možeš da nađeš bukvalno sve, čak i eliksir mlado- sti ili ljubav svog života. Naravno, samo za tebe, po specijalnoj ceni. Kalenić market is Belgrade’s largest and most popular market. The offer is huge, yet despite that it seems that every stall has its own regular customers. Leas- es of stalls are handed down from generation to generation, along with reputa- tion – it is known who makes the best honey, who brings cheese with basil from distant villages, which families still grow tomatoes that have retained “that real taste of tomatoes”, which old ladies will always offer to let you sample their cakes or some other specialities made according to her family recipe... If you happen not to know, everyone will gladly direct you and provide a recommendation. They say that at the colourful Kalenić market you can find literally everything, even an elixir of youth or the love of your life. Of course, just for you, at a special price.
