Success , izložba u Galeriji Nju moment Izložba Srđana Đileta Markovića, slikara, frontmena benda Su - pernaut i jedne od ključnih figura beogradske andergraund sce- ne, otvorena je 21. septembra u Galeriji Nju moment i trajaće do 21. oktobra. Marković iznosi kritiku savremenog društva kroz formu- lu uspeha oličenu u junacima andergraund stripa. „Uspeh je opse- sija ovog društva. Ljudi ne žive da bi bili uspešni. Ako nešto posta- ne formula uspeha, svi je bezglavo imitiraju. Zato smo predstavili nove ’ikone’ – gangstera (Dress to success) i golu devojku (Undre- ss to success). Formula uspeha je egoizam bez granica“, objašnja- va Đile Marković. “Success” exhibition at New Moment Gallery An exhibition by Srđan Đilet Marković – painter, frontman of the band Su- pernaut and one of the key figures of Belgrade’s underground scene – opened on 21 st September at the New Moment Gallery and will run until 21 st October. Marković presents a critique of contemporary society throu- gh the formula of success embodied in the heroes of underground comic strips. “Success is the obsession of this society. People do not live in order to be successful. If something becomes a formula for success, everyone imitates it mindlessly. That’s why we introduced new ‘icons’ – gangsters (‘Dress to success’) and naked girls (‘Undress to success’). The formula for success is egoism without limits,” explains Đile Marković.
Nik Kejv & Bed sids u Areni Nik Kejv & Bed sids održaće 28. oktobra koncert u Kombank are - ni u okviru svetske turneje na kojoj predstavljaju album Skeleton tri , koji se našao na prvim pozicijama brojnih svetskih lista sluša- nosti, dok mu je Gardijan poverio pet zvezdica i opisao ga kao „re- mek-delo ljubavi i razaranja“. Nik Kejv & Bed sids prodali su više od pet miliona albuma širom sveta i ostavili dubok i dalekosežan uticaj na svetsku umetničku scenu. Njihov prethodni nastup u Are - ni proglašen je za najbolji koncert 2008. godine u Srbiji. . Nick Cave & The Bad seeds at the arena Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds will hold a concert at the Belgrade Kombank Arena on 28 th October as part of a world tour to pre- sent the album “Skeleton Tree”, which has topped numerous wor- ld charts, whith UK newspaper The Guardian rating it five stars and describing it as “a masterpiece of love and destruction”. Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds have sold more than five million copies of their albums worldwide and have had a deep and far-reac- hing impact on the world’s artistic scene. Cave’s previous perfor- mance at the Belgrade Arena was proclaimed Serbia’s best con- cert of 2008.
