Z a koncept ovog restorana možda je najreprezentativ- nija ideja „srpskog sušija“ – rolnice od pršute i kajmaka, uz duvan-čvarke, papriku, krastavac… Poenta je u tome da se omiljena tradi- cionalna srpska jela serviraju na nov, intrigantan način i posetiocima pruži gurmansko iskustvo posle kojeg plje- skavice, uštipke, pečenje, pa ni knedle sa šljivama neće doživljavati na isti na- čin. Kombinacija starinskog i moder- nog ogleda se i u samom ambijentu u jednostavnim, a atraktivnim dizajner- skim rešenjima i detaljima koji obez- beđuju intimnu atmosferu.

P erhaps the most representative idea for the concept of this res- taurant is “Serbian sushi” – rolls of prosciutto and kajmak milk curd, with smoked crackling, peppers, cu- cumbers... The point is that the favourite traditional Serbian dishes are served in a new, intriguing way, with visitors be- ing offered a gourmet experience after which they will never again in the same way experience Serbian burgers, meat- balls, roast meat, and even plum dump- lings in the same way. The combination of old and modern is reflected in the am- bience itself, with simple, attractive de- sign solutions and details that provide an intimate atmosphere.
