ER SRBIJA UVODI NIZ MOGUĆNOSTI NOVIM KONCEPTOM TARIFA AIR SERBIA OPENS WORLD OF POSSIBILITIES WITH NEW FARE OPTIONS
N ove tarife biće postepeno uvođene za putovanja od 1. marta 2018. na svim kratkolinijskim i sred- njelinijskim letovima. Gosti će imati mogućnost da personalizuju putova- nje tako što će moći da kupuju à la carte usluge, kao što su prioritetno ukrcavanje, rezervacija željenog sedišta ili pristup Premijum salonu. Dankan Nejsmit, generalni direktor Er Srbije , izjavio je: „Naš novi cenovni model osmišljen je s namerom da gostima pruži punu slobodu u kreiranju putovanja s Er Srbijom . Trendovi ukazuju na to da u avio-saobraćaju ne funkcioniše isti paket usluga za sve putnike i da ra- zličite kategorije putnika imaju različite potrebe, zbog čega avio-kompanije širom sveta fragmentiraju i prila- gođavaju svoju ponudu. Naši gosti mogu i dalje da ra- čunaju na izvrsnu uslugu, po kojoj je Er Srbija poznata, bez obzira na to da li se opredele da putuju samo s ran- cem u okviru Economy White tarife ili se odluče za po- godnosti koje nudi Business Silver tarifa.“ Gosti mogu da izaberu sledeće tarife: ECONOMY WHITE – idealna za goste Er Srbije ko- ji putuju bez puno prtljaga i žele najnižu moguću cenu. Uključuje jedan komad ručnog prtljaga do 8 kilograma. ECONOMY BLUE – osmišljena za putnike s prtlja- gom; omogućava im da prijave jednu torbu do 23 kilo- grama, unesu jedan komad ručnog prtljaga, dobiju mi- lje kao česti putnici i promene datum leta uz određenu nadoknadu. ECONOMY RED – za goste koji žele dodatnu fleksi- bilnost; omogućava gostima sve pogodnosti Economy Blue plus – promenu datuma bez nadoknade, obrok to- kom leta, prijavu za let na aerodromu i biranje željenog sedišta unapred. BUSINESS SILVER – po meri gostiju koji žele vr- hunsko iskustvo usluge. Pored svih pogodnosti Eco- nomy Red , uključuje prioritetnu prijavu za let, korišće- nje brze trake na aerodromu, prioritetno ukrcavanje i prioritetni prtljag, mogućnost da u avion unesete dva puta više prtljaga (dva predata i dva ručna prtljaga) i pristup Premijum salonu . Nakon što izaberu tarifu, gosti mogu da kupe dodat- ne usluge u bilo kom trenutku pre leta na sekciji Moja rezervacija na sajtu www.airserbia.com. Tako mogu da prilagode svoj tip tarife dodatnim uslugama. Na primer, gosti koji lete u Economy White tarifi mogu izabrati da kupe uslugu prioritetnog ukrcavanja da bi bili među prvim putnicima u avionu. Putnici će birati između četiri tarife pri rezervaciji letova, koje se razlikuju u odnosu na dozvoljeni prtljag, fleksibilnost u vezi s promenom datuma putovanja i dodatnim uslugama
T he new fares will be progressively rolled out to all short and medium-haul destinations for travel from 1 March 2018. Travellers will be able to further personalize journeys by pur- chasing à la carte services such as priority boarding, advanced seat reservation or access to the Premium Lounge. Guests will now be able to choose from four fare types when booking a flight, which vary according to baggage allowances, flexibility in changing travel dates and additional services
Duncan Naysmith, Chief Executive Officer of Air Serbia, said: “Our new pricing model has been de- signed to provide guests with the freedom of fully tailoring their journey with Air Serbia. Trends have clearly shown there is no one-size-fits-all approach that works in air travel and different segments of travellers have different needs, which is why airlines around the world are unbundling their fares. Wheth- er a guest is flying with just a backpack and opts for the value of Economy White or is flying on business and wants all the perks of Business Silver, they can all look forward to the excellent service Air Serbia is famous for.” Travellers will be able to choose from the follow- ing fare options: ECONOMY WHITE is the ideal option for Air Ser- bia guests who are travelling light and want the low- est-possible fare. It includes one piece of hand bag- gage up to 8kg. ECONOMY BLUE, designed for guests with lug- gage, enables travellers to check in one bag of up to 23kg, carry one piece of hand baggage, earn frequent flier miles and change flight dates for a fee. ECONOMY RED offers guests who require ex- tra flexibility all the benefits of Economy Blue plus an inflight meal and the ability to change flight dates at no extra charge, check in at the airport and choose a seat in advance. BUSINESS SILVER is tailored towards guests who are looking for a premium experience and is designed to make a journey as simple as possible. As well as all the advantages of Economy Red, it in- cludes priority check-in and fast-track at the airport,

This enables travellers to mix-and-match their fare type with the extra services they value most. For instance, a guest flying in Economy White can choose to buy the priority boarding service to ensure they are one of the first passengers onboard.
