RITAM GRADA RHYTHM OF THE TOWN D AH teatar je Centar za pozorišno istraživanje. Osnovan 1991. godine, svoj pravac odredio je pr- vom premijerom, antiratnom pred- stavom Ova vavilonska pometnja baziranom na pesmama Bertolda Brehta, koja je izvedena na otvore- nom prostoru u centru Beograda. I danas kreira predstave koje preis- pituju istoriju, bacaju pogled na bu- dućnost, ogoljuju stavove sadašnjo- sti. Njegove predstave igraju se na ulicama Beograda, na ruševinama, u javnim prostorima, u formi turi- stičkog vodiča kroz grad, plesnog performansa... Obraćaju se i aktiv- nom gledaocu i slučajnom prolazni- ku. Kako je najavljeno, DAH Teatar International trenutno radi na no- voj predstavi koja ispituje značenje revolucije, da li je moguća u današ- njim uslovima, da li se zaista ikada i dogodila... Premijera je planirana za početak 2018. godine.

D AH Theatre is the Centre for Theatre Research. Founded in 1991, its direction was de- termined by the first play to make its premiere there: the anti- war play “This Babylonian Confusion”, based on the songs of Bertolt Brecht, which was performed under an open sky in Belgrade city centre. Today it al- so creates plays that question histo- ry, look to the future and lay bare the views of the present. Its plays are per- formed on the streets of Belgrade, in ruined buildings, in public spaces, in the form of a tourist guide through the city, dance performances... They also address active spectators and chance passers-by. It has been announced that DAH Theatre International is current- ly working on a new show that exam- ines the meaning of revolution, wheth- er it is possible in today’s conditions, whether it ever really happened etc. The premiere performance is sched- uled for early 2018.
