SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SESSION Social Resilience: Handling Bullying, Rejection and Disagreements with Confidence This group offers a supportive environment for students across three age groups (9-11 years old, middle schoolers, and high schoolers) to navigate challenging social situations with confidence. Based on the renowned PEERS curriculum, participants will learn practical strategies to cope with rejection, teasing, embarrassing feedback, bullying, bad reputations, disagreements, rumors, and gossip. Led by experienced facilitators, this group provides a safe space for students to develop foundational skills and empower themselves to handle difficult social scenarios effectively.

Who: Ages 9 - 11 , Middle School, and High School students When: July 22- July 26, M-F

Learn strategies for coping with rejection and teasing Understand how to respond to embarrassing feedback and rumors Practice conflict resolution techniques Build resilience in the face of bullying and bad reputations Navigating disagreements with peers respectfully and in a way that promotes maintaining friendships Develop strategies to address and manage gossip 5 Sessions
