Surrey Racing-run BMW 125i M Sport would be embroiled in the heart of the championship battle for much of the season and played a key role in BMW ending the year with title glory to its name. Having fought hard through the first half of the season to establish himself inside the
position, Andrew qualified eleventh on the grid and then fought hard to pick up solid points from the opening two races, which were followed by the BTCC’s special Diamond Double event. Run without success ballast over double the normal race distance and with double points on offer, Andrew took a solid fourth spot to bring him closer to the points lead – even though he slipped to sixth in the standings. A tough weekend would follow at Rockingham however, with contact in two of the three races meaning Andrew could only pick up a best finish of 13th place, which saw him lose valuable ground in the race for the title.

It would prove to be another strong season for Pirtek Racing in 2018, with Andrew Jordan once again a contender for top honours in the highly competitive British Touring Car Championship.
