Our Graduate Development Programme runs for 18 months and includes different placements. Each placement is carefully designed to give you the training, development and hands-on experience you need to excel in a career at GAP. The rotational design of the programme helps us guide and nurture individuals throughout the journey, whilst also remaining flexible, with the ability to adjust and adapt the focus of the placements based on graduate needs and overall business objectives.
