As a thank you to Steve Smith for Legacy Royalties’ generosity and loyal support of our organization, his friends from NADOA presented Steve and Susan with a huge yard stone, which was hand painted (by Lori Krpec)
hold her namesake, Nancy the baby goat.
A few of us did some damage on Saturday afternoon at the First Monday Market Days in Canton, then returned to the farm for a Texas style spread consisting of BBQ
with an image of the State of Texas and engraved for Smith Cattle & Pig Farm. They were also given a large wooden pig which all signed as a thank you for
with all the fixin’s, a whole roasted pig and delicious peach cobbler. This excellent meal was followed by booty shaking music
their wonderful generosity. The pig even had
wings by the end of the day and looked right at home in the Smith Saloon. Steve and Susan are prime examples of
‘true southern hospitality’ and we look forward to the next pasture party (hint, hint)!
