At our February luncheon, Dr. Steven Agee, Dean and Professor of Economics, Oklahoma City University, presented a very optimistic outlook for the future of the oil and gas industry. It was nice to hear good news to start off the year. There was a buzz in the air after the presentation. At our April luncheon, Holly Frankenfield, Chesapeake Energy Land Admin Director, gave a presentation on Work/Life Effectiveness. A number of members commented they gained great perspective from Holly’s presentation.

Member Spotlight on Debbie McKee
Remarkable is the word that comes to mind, when I think of Debbie McKee. Most of you probably know Debbie from the many years she’s been involved with NADOA. Debbie’s worked Institute registration for probably 20 years and has volunteered for NADOA in many other capacities. In 2013 Debbie was honored with the NADOA Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to NADOA. What you might not know is that Debbie is the only Honorary Member of CAPDOA. Debbie has worked tirelessly at the local level as President, Vice-President, Board Member and CAPDOA Representative to NADOA. From 1994 thru 2011 Debbie served on the CAPDOA Board for 14 out of those 18 years.
