57 POWER TAKE-OFF (PTO) OPERATION

Parking brakes must always be set when operating a PTO, the wheels must be chocked and the transmission must remain in neutral or park. An operator must always be prepared to prevent any unexpected movement of the vehicle for his/her own protection or any others in the vicinity.
