A 170-unit apartment community in Fort Washington, MD FCP announces $24.5 million sale of River Pointe Apartments to Aulder Capital
ORTWASHINGTON, MD — FCP announced the $24.5 million sale of River Pointe, a 170-unit apartment community in Fort Washington, to Aulder Capital . “FCP’s business plan for River Pointe has been success- fully completed, with targeted capital invested to improve its appeal in a submarket where tremendous economic growth fueled the demand for work- force housing,” said FCP vice president, Jeff Robertson . “We continue to pursue mul- tifamily assets throughout the Washington, DC region, utilizing our longstanding knowledge of the area to iden- tify exceptional opportunities.” “River Pointe is a well-main- tained property of high quality construction and it’s a great fit for our expanding NE Corridor portfolio. Aulder will continue F NEWCASTLE, DE — Pat- terson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC Inter- national , a full-service com- mercial real estate provider serving the Mid-Atlantic mar- ket announced the completion of a 43,625 s/f industrial lease on behalf of FS.com at 300 Centerpoint Blvd. in New Castle. FS.com is a leading commu- nication systems integrator and optical solutions provider based in Renton, Washington. The company will occupy office and warehouse space in the 119,890 s/f building, which is owned by Center- point 300, LLC. This is their first location on the east coast. Greg Ellis, CCIM , prin- cipal at Patterson-Woods, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. He was referred to FS.com by Arne Svendsen of The Andover Company, Inc., a brokerage in Renton, Washington.
