Tasmania’s Seafood Festival A new festival will make its debut this March long weekend, hitting Hobart’s waterfront with some of the state’s world-class fresh produce.

There is something special about enjoying seafood in the heart of a working fishing port, and from the 7th to 9th of March, Hobart’s waterfront will serve up plenty of delicious bites with the arrival of Tasmania’s Seafood Festival. This free, three-day festival invites locals and visitors alike to eat, drink and learn about the world-class seafood Tasmania has to offer. Proudly presented by Mures Tasmania and sponsored by TasPorts, the festival brings together fishers, producers, chefs and entertainers for a joyful celebration of the industry. Food lovers can look forward to a mouth-watering line-up of seafood experiences.
